Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using News Stocker (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

News Stocker is an Android application that monitors company news for user-selected stock tickers, applies AI-based sentiment analysis to article summaries, and provides dashboards, scores, and optional push notifications.

You may be required to create an account to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis through your Google Play account. You may cancel a subscription at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Pricing may change with notice.

Each plan includes a fixed number of active watchlist slots and a monthly allowance of swaps. A swap replaces one followed ticker with another without using an additional slot. Unused swaps do not roll over between billing periods.

Sentiment scores are produced by AI models and reflect an estimated likely impact on shareholder sentiment based on article summaries. Scores are not predictions of price movement and may not reflect the full content of any article.

Nothing in the Service constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice. News Stocker does not recommend any security or strategy and does not act as a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or fiduciary.

The Service may experience delays, inaccuracies, missing articles, incorrect scores, or interrupted alerts. We make no warranty that the Service will be accurate, timely, complete, or uninterrupted.

You are responsible for verifying any information surfaced by the Service against original sources before making trading or investment decisions.

If you enable push notifications, the Service may send alerts about sentiment events relating to your followed tickers. You can disable notifications at any time in the app or in your device settings.

The Service includes links to third-party news sources and may rely on data provided by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or policies of third-party services.

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to access it in unauthorized ways, scraping data, reverse engineering the app, or using the Service to violate any law or third-party rights.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, News Stocker is provided "as is" and "as available." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or trading losses arising out of your use of the Service.

We may modify, add, or remove features at any time, including changing the structure of plans, slots, swaps, or alert behavior.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
